Can you provide how the self-signed certificate was installed?

I tested HtmlUnit with Tomcat 6.0.14 with the "Quick Start" of 
http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/ssl-howto.html

I understand and I am using with setUseInsecureSSL(true). Unfortunately I am 
using HtmUnit to scrape an application in our local office. This application 
uses a self signed certificate, for that reason I have to set HtmlUnit for 
insecure SSL connection.
