Instead of manually notifying the list on changes, it would probably be
worthwhile to have cvs commit messages sent directly to the mailing list
(sourceforge supports this - I just checked). This is the way that the
apache mailing lists work and it's very successful for them.
Additionally, if there is going to be more discussion of ongoing
development (and cvs commit messages) then it's probably a good idea to
split off a seperate list for people who just want to use HtmlUnit and
aren't interested in hearing about the ongoing changes.
