This is the information page specific for Windows.

My software should run on every Windows platform since XP.
It was tested on Windows XP professional and Windows 7 Ultimate (both x32).
The reason why my zip file is so big is that it needs the QT libraries which are
about 14 MB.

This project was created for my own individual needs, so if you search for "umlaute" for your country, you may download the source, modify it and compile it with Qt.

The section is where the code is like this:

unreplaced.replace("ä", "ä", Qt::CaseSensitive);

You your umlaut hast to be where the "ä" is.

There is also an installer with Nullsoft Scriptable Installer (NSIS) available.
This installer requires administrator privileges.
If you don't get them, you should use the zipped version.
