I think you need something like this...

Parser parser = new Parser ();
parser.setInputHtml (html);
NodeList list = parser.parse (null);
list.visitAllNodesWith (new SegmentReplacingVisitor ());
System.out.println (list.toHtml ());

...assuming the SegmentReplacingVisitor does the right stuff to the 
right nodes.
