Please welcome Ian Macfarlane.

Ian has already submitted improvements to the htmlparser project related 
to tag heirarchy, new tag types and whitespace in text nodes.
He works for Netrank in the UK and brings with him some real world 
experience in using HTML Parser in a production system.
