[Htmlparser-developer] Link to javadocs

Derrick,

On the HTMLParser documentation page, there is currently a link for
Javadocs of version 1.3. The link is an absolute URL pointing to the
version on the Internet. Since the Javadoc version is distributed
alongwith the package, you could make it a relative URL.
