I've been swamped for a while - but I will get to this tomorrow. Actually, I
was kind of hoping that we could put in some work to wrap up 1.2. If we get
even a week without bug reports - we can close 1.2 - but the reports just
keep coming and keep coming.
Which leads me to believe that we may not be having enough testcases, and we
may need to do some merciless refactorings...

How do you think about cleaning it up before we release - taking time till
Jan 1 to do this ? It'd be really good to have more eyeballs going over the
code and performing refactorings, etc.. before we add any new features.
