#42 HTMLEditorKit parser replacement

Several people have asked if there is a way to
substitute the HTML parser in place of the parser that
comes with the HTMLEditorKit.

It's non-trivial, and will probably need to wait for
CSS support and other functionality that would make
them look more alike.
