#39 Implement XPathFilter

It would be good if you could piggyback on saxpath or
some other XPath library, in order to provide an
XPathFilter that can match nodes based on XPaths.

The reason being that, the CssSelectorNodeFilter has
the same drawbacks as CSS itself (can't easily look
down the tree.)
