#288 Build with Maven 3.03 fails

Building htmlparser\trunk\parser\pom.xml fails with:
Running org.htmlparser.tests.ParserTest
Tests run: 24, Failures: 2, Errors: 6, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 5.017 sec <<< FAILURE!

Same is true for htmlparser\tags\HTMLParserProject-2.1\parser

Command line used is:
mvn clean install site
