#2 css validation

It would be great if we could allow integration with
css validation. What I would like to see is a function
that would check a given set of attributes or a css
file against the W3 css validator which can be found at
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

It would be even greater if the function could return
an array of errors and warnings with their respectivly
description and row number.

An exact of this is available as a firefox extension for
download, it checks against w3 validator and returns results
in the text editor.
