HTML checker 0.3 released

We are proud to release HTML checker 0.3!

This release adds a lot of new translations.
The current translations include: Basque, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, Italian,
Norwegian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish and Turkish. Thanks to all translators!

It also includes some optimizations in regexes, spell checking, and in general code,
aswell some minor bug fixing.
