html2ps-0.7.2 released.

This release includes minor bugfixes and feature imporovements.

The bug fixes include the following:
- NewPage commands did not work in PDFLIB output method
- better image quality in PS2PDF output method
- several PHP 5 compatibility issues
- several table & floats layout problems

The most important new features are:
- basic support for 'page-break-after' CSS property,
- support for 'position: fixed',
- support for @media CSS rules,
- possibility to insert hyperlinks into generated PDF documents,

This release contains new PDF output method using FPDF. Note it is still in pre-alpha stage and will
be fully functional only in future releases.
