Hi all: i came upon this code through a websearch, and it looks like it'll do exactly what i want (mostly, converting html tables to Latex tables), but i'm basically a simple level unix user, have only slightly edited 2 minor perlscripts, and i'm a bit intimidated by all the docs on how to get this working (for one, i notice that there's no actual step by step page about how to do something like that). also, it seems the main author, Peter T., is off on a Mormon mission in Spain from what i read (!), and wouldn't be able to respond if i did run across problems in installation, nor does this help group seem to get very high traffic.
so my question is just: has anyone tried to install this recently, and how difficult was it? how is it working for you? and -- any other major bugs i should know about?
thanks much-
Mandeep G.

I've tried and can't get it to work.
t/tags........FAILED test 1
is a major problem. But, the parsefile test in HTML-Tree 3.17 keeps failing too. That might be the cause.
