[Html2fo-devel] html2fo 0.4.1 released

Hello Converters,

I've released a new version last night with the following improvements:
- table-layout is now set to fixed so FOP does not generate warnings
- corrected HTML input handling
- added some test cases for testing html in conjunction with FOP
- created some binary distributions (including win32).
