please start first a console window first via [Windows-Key]+R and run the 
command "cmd" - it will open a console window. If you have stored the html2fo 
programm on a different drive than "C:" please change the your current drive 
by entering the drive letter followed by a ":" and hit return. change now to 
your local directory where you have stored the html2fo programm using the 
command >cd "[Your directory]"<. Starting "html2fo --help" now should give 
you a list of options.
