Cause: m_dvdauthorFolder.c_str is empty when used in error
message on line 103 of dvdauthorController.cpp
I don't know enough about C to diagnose why
m_dvdauthorFolder.c_str is empty but may I suggest a dialog
to prompt the user to select a folder if the dvdauthor files
aren't found.

Open a registry editor browse to the key:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTML2DVD"
and correct the value for the entry "dvdauthor Location".
(the path to dvdauthor subdirectory of HTML2DVD e.g.
C:\program files\HTML2DVD\dvdauthor\)
