[htmltmpl] open source HTML editors that integrate well with HTML::Template?

I searched the mailing list archive, and was surprised not to find any
messages regarding HTML editors.


I am rebuilding an e-commerce site using Perl, CGI::Application,
HTML::Template, etc., and was wondering what experiences and/or
recommendations people had for open-source HTML editors.  I would like
to find something WSIWIG that integrates well with the various Perl
modules, to be used by graphic artists and other non-coders.
