Puneet, I'm not completely positive on this, as I don't think I've worked on a Mac *without* the Developer's Tools, but can you just create a folder named 'lib' in the same dir as your script, and then add: use lib './lib'; use HTML::Template; and have the pm at ./lib/HTML/Template.pm ?
