[htmltmpl] Using CGI.pm with HTML::Template

Greets Folks,

I am just learning both CGI.pm and HTML::Template. 
Before I get too deep into my reading, I wanted to
ask: are there any possible conflicts I should watch
out for between CGI.pm and HTML::Template?

None at all.  In fact, HTML::Template has a feature that was made to work
with CGI.pm: associate.  Also, CGI::Application uses CGI.pm and has
built-in support for HTML::Template.
