Note that you may not be able to use the "shared memory" caching option =

I'm looking for an HTML templating system that is pure Perl. The =
reason is that I need a templating package that can be installed on =
shared hosts without requiring the hosting service administrators to =
compile anything. I'm after something that is OS agnostic, so if I use =
it with a cgi app it would run on Windows, UNIX, Apache, IIS, etc. I'm =
kind of hoping that I can copy the root tree and set my PERL5LIB =
variable apprpriately. Does HTML::Template fit the bill?
