Please add perlio param into constructor. Many peoples

I have implemented this. Apply the patch at http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/linux/people/jan_kasprzak/HTML-Template-2.9-utf8.patch. It implements
the "binmode" parameter of the constructor, and works for the main template file and all its includes, but probably does not work with caching (I do not use caching).
