[htdig-dev] Corrected Berkeley DB version number in LICENESE

Hey all,
 	Micael Olson @ Sleepycat contacted me recently about the special 
license they issued HtDig for BDB.  See db/LICENSE file.  We are using BDB 
3.0.55 code.. however the license had version 3.3.11 in it.

 	I just corrected this in CVS.
