It's not a forward port, as the SGML decoding is quite different in 3.2.
I was busy the past couple weeks with a server upgrade, and couldn't
spare a few hours to code these changes and test them.  I really will
make the effort to get that done early this week, as I'm leaving next
week for a much-needed two week vacation.
