I was trying to do a better job of supplying a 'document icon' other than (guessing based on extension) in a PHP search interface (uses libhtdig). Since we have the information at the time we call the external parsers, it would seem the only barrier is a place to put it in the documentDB... Ideas on implementations? Thanks.
