Hi - While I have no problem with helping in whatever way I can, I do 
not have any plans for making changes. The initial task offered up was 
limited to building a list of 3.1.x changes that might need to be 
carried over to 3.2.x. It sounds as if you already had a jump on this 
and have since completed the list. Working at my current snail pace, I 
have accomplished very little in this regard. Do you consider your list 
to be complete? If so, I would just as well move on to something else, 
rather than reinvent this particular wheel.
