By default, the SourceForge bug tracker only displays Open bug reports,
although you can select other report statuses.

These reports are frequently marked Pending or Closed after responding
to them, unless there are compelling reasons to leave them open.
I had closed these already, when I thought I had given the appropriate
resolution to them.  When you responded to my response, you left it closed
(which I think is all you can do unless you have a SourceForge account)
and I never got around to reopening it.  So, I'll just leave it closed
but add the note.
