Hi - It is the name of the configuration file, minus the '.conf'
extension. See http://www.htdig.org/hts_form.html

You might want to move to the general list. This is the
development list, for which a lot of your questions are a bit
off topic. I also expect that you will increase your chances
for a prompt response to such questions by using the general
list.
