[htdig-dev] UTF8 workaround

I've submitted a workaround for those, like me, who'd like to use 
ht:/Dig on an UTF8 website. It uses iconv and sed to convert pages 
on-fly back from UTF8 to ISO8859-1, with an internal handler.

In your htdig.conf :
...
external_parsers: /path/to/utf8.sh (extlatin1.sed should be in the same 
directory)
...
