Well. I assume that list1.conf is the configuration file for db/list1 and
list2.conf for the second.
From a web interface, you just have to specify the 'config' variable. In
the HTML form, just add this form object:
<input type="hidden" name="config" value="list1">
if you want to search in the 1st db. Switch it to list2 for the other case.
