Dear htdig team,
I have installed the latest version of htdig my web server. Then, I run
rundig and create two htdig databases. I tried to merge them with htmerge
utility, it takes ~5 hours :(.
My web server has only 1Gb RAM but htmerge uses 1GB RAM + 2GB SWAP :(
Is it possible to reduce memory usage by htmerge?
I have found the following patch:
http://www.htdig.org/htdig-dev/2000/06/att-0024/01-htmerge.patch
Maybee I should use this one?
