#274 ICRA Feature

With all these bad websites finding ways to add them
selfs into Search Engines could you add a feature where
if a website has a invalid label, gambling, casinos,
adult content, or other child harming info on ICRA
Label then the site will not be crawled. Like a filter.

You know like this example:
