There have been a lot of issues posted on the HT CHPP
forums regarding (certain) special characters getting
messed when displayed in the browser, even when UTF-8
is set as Encoding in the HTML document.

One fix posted in the forums stated that a change in
function calls to "xml_parser_create()" would do the
trick, and it actually does (well, for player names i
can confirm).

Doing a find/replace of
xml_parser_create()
to
xml_parser_create('utf-8')
will render all usernames perfectly.
