#22 image file missing

In version 1.2.3 the file htcheck.ico is missing from
the img/ directory for the php files. The file is
called in the include/header.inc.php file, which is
included in all the php files. The quick fix is to
comment out the line

<link type="image/x-icon" rel="shortcut icon"
href="img/htcheck.ico">

which calls for this icon image. The long-term fix
would be to make this image file available in the
download and as a separate file to download for those
who want to use it.
