The application or script or whatever you want to call it is fully functional as of right now and can be used in many implementations. I am currently using it at work in an enterprise of over 5k users.

I have set the groundwork for some pretty significant improvements as well.

1. There is the backend ready for a tag list
   I would like to implement a tagCloud for trending topcis
2. The backend is ready to accept blob or attachements into the database.
   This make me nervous because it is an Access database
3. I really really hope someone can help with beautification of the whole thing
4. The code is really messy right now too
   I anticipate removing most of the code from the individual pages and putting into a module of sorts.
5. Currently this is semi structured code, I want to transition to OOP and define some classes for whats going on to make everything more reusable.
