[HT2HTML-devel] need help: how to change browser window title away from xxxx.ht to something else

i cant figure out how to change browser window title
away from xxx.ht where xxx.ht in source file for
relevant html file to something more appropriate ,
which would normally be customized with <title>etc.
etc. </title> tags???

Anyone can help?
