[HT2HTML-devel] docs updated

Brett and I are preparing to add Unicode & encoding support to
ht2html.  But first, I thought I'd brush up on how ht2html works.  I
found several typos & other problems in the docs, which I've fixed &
checked in.  Please let me know if it's OK to push these onto the SF
web site.
