[HT2HTML-devel] trackers post to list

The Bugs & Patches trackers for the HT2HTML project are now wired to
post emails to the list when items are submitted or updated.

There's also a bug in the SF "beta" mail archive viewer that does not
escape (at least) the '<' character in message text, so using that to
view the emails for this project is an exercise in exasperation, at
best.  I'll file a bug report later today.
