This program is just an easy to run GUI wrapper for the HSxmlMaker program: http://sourceforge.net/projects/hsxmlmaker/?source=navbar

Please see that SF page for details on how to use HSxmlMaker.

As far as how to get this to work correctly, just make sure HSxmlMaker.jar and HSxmlMakerGUI.jar are in the same folder, and run HSxmlMakerGUI.jar. It is a standalone runnable jar file.
