[Hsqldb-user] HSQLDB SET SCRIPTFORMAT

Hello,

I tried to execute command SET SCRIPTFORMAT BINARY in HSQL Database Manager
and i got exception: 
User lacks privilege or object not found SCRIPTFORMAT.
I am using HSQL 2.0.0.
