#92 strange bug in cached tables

Version: hSQL 143
Tested JDK: 1.1.x
Tested platform: Window NT, Windows ME

Description:
2 independed table with out foreign keys
Try insert >9 records into 1st table.
Delete all records from 2nd
Insert 100 resords into 2nd
Update all records in 1st
Exception :
SQLException: Violation of unique index in statement
[INSERT into 1st table for 91 record]

Some fix: all is good if no CHACHED table, or
connection.close() after all SQL or INSERT <=9 record
into 1st
