#7 Sensor Detect & Identification Distances

Currently, the sensor detect and id distances are calculated based on the configuration file parameters and a rating. It isn't the most intuitive calculation for ease of use. Adding the ability to just specify the distances on the sensor system would make it easier to utilize.

As always, any update to the functionality should support the previous capability so installed systems don't get borked.
