#5 Reactor Output Increase Rate / Power Systems

Currently, the output of the reactor increases at a fixed rate. It would be more useful to be able to customize the rate of increase from startup to full output to allow more flexible reactor designs.

On a similar note, to support different approaches to handling power, a complete rework of power generation might be useful. I've seen battery banks and other ideas supported in various RPG systems that can absorb "one-time" power drains such as engaging a hyperdrive or the like.
