There is a new demo available at http://www.e-hris.com. We have a greatly improved user interface that is menu driven and will soon release an internationalized version that takes care of a region/country's hr environment as well as a language. The source code will be availed freely on sourceforge.net as soon as the alpha version is done.

Version 1.2.1 with an improved interface and added functionality on leave management to be released soon!
