Working with DMuturi on porting e-hris to work in a U.S. business setting. Planning on implementing modules to work with FMLA, COBRA, OSHA, and various other HR and Safety related issues where a database is needed. What sets e-hris apart from other HR packages is the training module already in place. Plans on improving many of the current features already in the works.
