This is the initial checkin for the Hibernate Resource Bundle project. It's ment to be an alternative resource bundle implementation which stores its properties in any relational database system. Basically it's working, but before being a complete replacement to the common resource bundle implementations some work still has to be done. Next step on my todo list is caching of key-value-pairs to reduce database connections.
