#3 improper rendering of dim and inverse video

I notice when running glance that the dim attribute is not
handled correctly - as a example, the memory utilization
bar ends up looking strange when comparied to HP's
hpterm. It appears to be handling the transition from
inverse to dim video incorrectly (it should change
at the boundary between the S and U, and the boundary
between U and B below.

I can provide a screen capture if you need more detail
to correct this. I have not looked at this in any more
detail yet.
