About

HSPM (Home Server Power Manager) is a little client server program created to wake up my home linux servers,actually 2 headless machines:

• Alexandria: File sharing, print sharing, svn server.
• Athenas: MPD ([Music Daemon Player] (http://mpd.wikia.com/wiki/Music_Player_Daemon_Wiki)) connected to the hi-fi system.

The client and the server communicate using UDP packages, so they can only be used within a local network (maybe UDP can be configured to go beyond the local network bounds, but that may imply some security problems).
