I am afraid that none of it is ready yet.
What has been merged to the main qemu tree is merely support for qemu to
run on an PA-RISC powered linux machine.
I don't believe that the user-space emulation works, though I haven't
tried. As for running HP-UX binaries in user space, there is just no
code to allow that.
And finally there is no system emulation code at all.
Seems like you're out of luck.
I haven't seen any activity in quite a while. So I guess the developers
have moved on onto other interests.
If you find a PA-RISC emulator, please keep us posted.
