The hpoj software has supported Linux scanning on the 1150 for over a year now (starting with version 0.6, released in September of 2000). This is reflected on the Supported Devices list at http://hpoj.sourceforge.net/suplist.shtml. I checked the subscriber lists, and you're subscribed to hpoj-devel but not hpoj-announce, so that's probably why you missed out on this information. (Mind you, in the interest of brevity I don't enumerate each supported model in the announcements.) David |
